My two teenagers have orthodontic treatment at Dr. Wong's office. We love that their office is very clean and organized. The staff are welcoming and very helpful in scheduling and everything. Dr. Wong and his assistants are very caring and professional and, with my many questions, explained things clearly every step of the way. Very happy with our experience here.

Both of our children go to Wallace Won's office for orthodontics treatment. Dr. Wong has a great personality and whenever give him a question, he replies very clear answer. In the office staff are also very kind and helpful. We are so satisfied the result as well.

I recently had adult invisalign done by Dr. Wong; he and his staff are running an outstanding five-star practice in every way. I used Dr. Wong for myself because my teenagers had also gone to him and that experience had been so amazing. As a patient, the service there was really great! The doctors are all really nice, and they always have fun word searches and other paper games for patients to do to pass the time! Extremely recommend them to anyone who needs teeth correction!

Over the past 9 years, five members of my immediate family have seen Dr. Wong for braces (both adults and children). We have all come out with a healthier bite, and the service along the way was exceptional. They are very friendly, flexible, and thorough. We love that much of the staff has remained constant, especially Libby! It really speaks to the quality of a practice when they can retain their staff long-term. Highly recommend!

Dr. Wong and his entire staff were wonderful to work with. I had braces when I was younger and I didn't maintain my straight teeth with a retainer. So, my straight teeth were crooked again and I was having bite problems. After Dr. Wong went over the different options, I chose to do the Invisalign braces and I'm so glad I did! My teeth are straight and I have received so many compliments on my smile. In fact, I smile a lot more now and no more issues with my "sliding bite".

My daughter had two upper front teeth in very strange position because of the crowded space. I was skeptical if this could be treated. Dr. Wong told us that in old times when he was young, one of the teeth has to be taken out. But there is new technology now worth trying. We started the treatment following Dr. Wong's plan. After a few month, it looked like a miracle to me that both my daughter's front teeth got their space and all straighten up. The brace is off this week and her teeth looks so beautiful.

I would not have Dr. Wong's office do my braces or anyone I know again. I had top braces put on to fix a V in my front teeth. He took my braces off to soon as my teeth were not straight, they still have a V affect to them. He stated since the inside was round then they were straight.

Fast forward a few years and I need a new top retainer. (mine is lost, yes my own fault). I called and Libby said they would need to take another impression. What good would a new impression do? Dr. Wallace Wong and all his staff, from the dental assistants, to the front desk, are compassionate and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Wallace Wong. He explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand what my son was going to have done. I've never left the office with an unanswered question. Dr. Wong has treated all three of my children and is wonderful. He is a knowledgeable, thorough, and detailed orthodontist. He is great with complicated cases, will not rush the process, and has a lovely, gentle way with his patients. I would highly recommend him. His staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

I took my godson for an appointment last week because his parents were stuck at work. I was expecting the worse - who wants to go to an orthodontist appointment, right? What a friendly staff, cheerful office, and by godson did not seem to dread the appointment at all!

We had a great experience with Dr. Wong. We began seeing him two years before my daughter actually got braces. I found him to be highly professional and ethical. He did not recommend early treatment because it would require a second round of treatment (for a second charge that wouldn't be covered by insurance). I trusted his judgment and waited. My daughter just got her braces off yesterday after 18 months with braces and her teeth are beautiful!

When we come to the dentist office, we simply wanted to be treated with respect and feeling welcome. We are clients of Wallace W Wong. They are always trying to impose an additional costs to as, even if it's not necessary for the treatment, so they can make more money. I understand the desire for more money. But when your dentist office insist for additional charges so impertinently and bareknuckle, it makes us feeling very uncomfortable.

Dr. Wallace Wong is probably everything you need in an orthodontic dr - professional, meticulous/perfectionist (however you look at it!), fantastic bedside manner. He is also ready and receptive for any questions or concerns you may have during your treatment, and provide you a response to any queries you have. He was the third orthodontist I went to consult with during my early "shopping" phase, and upon leaving his office, I knew with my gut feeling that he's the right doctor for me. I am still undergoing treatment with Dr. Wong, and I can say, so far so good!

I received a second opinion consultation with Dr. Wong. Although I did not receive treatment by him, I highly recommend him based on his conduct, knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care.

Most of my time is spent in California and so Washington is a little out of the way for me. However, I honestly felt cared for during the brief 30 min - 1 hr consultation. My initial ortho that caused me to even need to seek second opinion consultations was a nightmare, but Mr. Wong's awesomeness had nothing to do with that comparison; Dr. Wong and his staff are thumbs up all by themselves.
