Premier Care Center for Palm Springs is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, located in the heart of Palm Springs, California. We are south of the Palm Springs International Airport and 1 block east of Palm Springs High School. We feature 99 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings.

"Dump" is not a scary enough word to describe the inhabitable conditions under which any resident or patient has to live or recuperate. My veterinary clinic 2 miles east is cleaner and better maintained, and the staff is cleaner and more professional also! When you drive by at night and see how seemingly miserable and disgusting this place looks from the street in that dining room, you have go inside the building to understand how truly awful this place is.

Mom stayed at Premier Care skilled nursing facility and absolutely loved the care, staff and food! The doctor, nurses and staff were wonderful. The social worker was so helpful with her discharge plan and after care. The admissions department was helpful every step of the way. Thank you Dustin! Mom is home now after her two week stay and doing great. I would recommend anyone that needs great care after hospitalization to stay here!

I want to share my experience with Premier Care Center to assist others who are struggling with the tough and emotional decision on finding a residence for a loved one. I have received so much compassion and assistance since my first interaction with admissions to my most recent interaction with the nurses. I was treated like a fellow human, my mother was treated like a fellow human and not like a number or a "filled bed". I feel as if my mother is at a relatives home and not a "facility" simply because of they have treated us with respect and care. Prior to finding Premier, I called several locations

This really was a fantastic facility. The staff was very professional and very caring. The Rehab staff is beyond phenomenal. The Social Services department was able to help set up services at home and were awesome to work with. I was greeted very kindly and professionally by the Admissions Director. I would highly recommend this facility for any loved one.

Came to this place last month to check my relative and was surprised how accommodating they are and explaining to us about covid protocol when visiting relative. The environment smells clean and you will notice it as you walk along the hallways. Employees are all excited to see visitors back again to see their love ones. Will highly recommend this place if you are looking for your love ones.

It’s a clean and nice facility. The nurses and other staff are attentive and caring towards their patients and help each other on the floor. Friendly and family-oriented environment. They also do creative, educational and fun meetings/in-services with their nurses to help further their knowledge along with their skills. I will never forget Iman, she’s one of the greatest nurses I’ve met there.

The care that this facilities has for their patients is remarkable. I would definitely continue to bring any of my family members that needs top of the line care to this facility. Staff provided a welcoming, safe and loving experience, and the facility itself is top of the line and suitable for any long term resident or anyone that needs a space to recover. Great job! I brought my aunt to this facility a few days ago and all through I was impressed with how the nurse treated her, I was even more amazed with how clean this facility was!! I’ve had to frequent these types of facilities a lot in the past year due to the health of some family members, but this one hands down is best in my opinion. I started to assume that cleanliness just wasn’t top priority for some of these places but when we went to premier, I was clearly proven wrong! The staff there is amazing. 10/10
