If I could I would give this place 0 stars. I was stuck with a flat tire this last Sunday so I called this place to come help me, the lady that helped me over the phone was nice but it doesn't make up for the fact that I was stuck out there for 2 hours and had to call someone else. Very unprofessional and very very unreliable. There's no point to stay in business if you are not even gonna do the job that you're supposed to do!!! This is my first ever review and that should definitely tell you about this place! The worst!!

So the Infiniti won't start. Call my buddy who tells me to call Tow Jam. Call Tow Jam and it couldn't have been more than 10 minutes and they show up. First, instead of towing the car the Tow Jam tow truck driver tried to get my wife out of this jam by getting the car started... but it was Toe-st. Thanks for your efforts, very kind and appreciated.

They were great. They gave me a straight up price and it wasn't bad considering the rush hour that my car broke down at. Great customer service and the driver was very nice. You can use zelle to pay for you tow if you don't have cash on you or call the company to pay over phone. They just need the payment before the delivery is completed.

Tristan with Tow Jam came out to assist me 8/30/21 with my car not starting this morning. Instead of just towing my car to the dealership, as I thought I needed, Tristan suggested checking the battery for me. Tristan was able to start my car and then made sure I was able to make it to a location to have the battery changed. Tristan went out of his way to be helpful and kind. Terrible service and no communication. My car broke down and I called Geico roadside assistance. Tow Jam was the towing contractor. After an hour of waiting, the driver called and said he was 30 minutes out. Two hours later he had not arrived and was not responding to calls or text messages. I called Geico back. They called the company and were told the driver got "hung up" at his last job (Despite the driver telling me he was on his way) and he would be another 30 minutes . When I called, the original driver and the company ended up blaming each other. After four hours of waiting, I just cancelled

I had been waiting on various companies for over 8 hours. Tow Jam came in and handle what I thought would be major fix, right away. Mr. Anthony Hernandez saved me from what I know the some shops would have charged me a ridiculous amount of money. My car was stuck in the garage with E brake on and a message stating ECS. He was was able to determine it was the battery despite all the lights coming on as well as battery. He was so generous and took the time to recommend where I could find the battery for my car at a reasonable price. I would recommend this company for anyone stuck in a jam. But ask

My friend was stranded for 3 hours last night waiting for a tow truck to pick her up in downtown Dallas. A female, downtown, at night?? Anyone else want to do the math?? Well, it's unacceptable.
This company was the preferred vendor for Geico insurance, which also doesn't speak that highly of how they respect their customers...
Overall do not recommend this company. Period.

Use this towing company through my insurance they Gave me An original eta of 7:52 when it was 6:11PM to be picked up, but actually left me stranded until about 9 o'clock after calling the business five times and not get the ETA of where the driver was. Finally after calling the business for the fifth time they informed me that my driver was 10 minutes away and I said OK mind you it was 9 o'clock at night and I am a female in Dallas Texas. After that call the driver called me and told me he was 40 minutes away I was blown away Afters he saw how shocked I was he said I quote I just started

Geico uses this inept company for towing service. After they not only took twice as long as the ETA, they told my insurance company they had no knowledge of the tow. It's as if they're Rain Man and Company. It was rescheduled with them but I told my insurance company I wouldn't deal with them. They scheduled with C & C Roadside Assistance instead, who was on time and professional.

At first I called Ron's Towing and when I asked why their rate would be $175.00 to tow my car about 2 miles, the lady said it was because it is a 1975 and parts might be hard to get if something happened to the car while towing (on a flatbed). I then called Tow Jam and spoke with David who was very helpful and professional and quoted a price of half the rate to tow the car three miles on a flatbed. Very pleased so far.

Service for this company was horrible. I had a blow out on 635 and contacted my insurance company who contacted them for a tow service. I had to wait an hour which is what I expected but the driver's tow truck runs hot before he gets to my location. I only found this out because I contacted the driver for an update. He said the company should have contacted me about sending another driver. Which they never did!!! I had to contact them and they were very rude. The girl says they never even sent a driver out which makes no sense because the driver had contacted me. She had no customer service

Worst tow truck company ever. Terrible communication between drivers and dispatch. Had to wait for over 3 hours for a tow. Not one call or text to inform us of the time being delayed further. Had to keep calling the company just be told something different multiple times. When the driver finally arrived, he started talking up a bystander knowing he was already late and we were on a time crunch to get the car delivered to the location before it closed. Cut it very close. Super unprofessional. I would give it 0 stars if i was able to.

It's usually unfortunate when a tow truck is involved, and such was the case when I experienced a blow out on the Tex Express North Dallas exit recently....Called 911 and they dispatched TowJam and Dallas police to my very precarious location on the shoulder of the highway.....Tow Jam driver, Justin arrived and took charge of insuring that I was safe and my car was carefully loaded on the truck. Offered me a bottled water and encourage me to just set back and relax while he did his thing.... great guy, and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing service.

First off, their name is Tow Jam. So that alone cracked me up and made me want to like them from the get-go. Secondly, they went above and beyond with their service.
Yesterday my vehicle would not start, so we figured it must have been related to the battery or starter. Geico's roadside assistance sent Tow Jam to our house to transport the car to a nearby auto shop. However, when the tow guy arrived, he informed me that from his experience, the issue was not the starter but rather a simple battery issue.
And although he was not an actual roadside assistance tech, he got out of his truck
