Terrible experience. Front desk lady has no idea of any services they offer, she made me pay before my massage. Massage itself was very aggressive even after asking her to lighten up in some spots. All I heard the whole time was their music and her heavy breathing. When I left the front desk lady asked me multiple times what I wanted to leave as a tip before I had walked into the waiting area. After I left what I thought was a generous tip (after being in the service industry I understand the importance of tips) she questions my tip twice with wide eyes in a tone of "thats it?" I told

Awful massage. I was 4 minutes late so my massage therapist, Linda, was rushed and fast paced the whole massage. I scheduled an hour massage for $60 but only wanted her to work on my upper back where I've had a knot cluster for a month. She said that was too long for one area and said 30 minutes was better. Before I completely agreed she ran out of the room to change the schedule. 10 minutes later the front desk lady came in to let her know another person had come in.
