My sweet, little toy poodle was in pain and not feeling well. I panicked to see her like that and called BCVC to see if they could see her. They had an opening that afternoon. The appt went well and she is fine now. Dr. Callahan and staff are always nice and patient with me over my concerns. I drive 30 miles to use this clinic and will continue to do so, as long as I have dogs!

Beware of the staff at the front desk who make appointments. I called yesterday due to my dog needing to be seen for a ear bleeding and was given an appointment for the next morning at 8 AM I drove I half hour to get there just to be told that they scheduled it for the following day and they told me that I could wait and they could fit me in but had no idea how long it would take I still would have to take the dog home and then drive an hour to get to work. So I wasted gas driving an hour. The vets I wonderful but the staff is questionable.

Dr Callahan and his team are incredible and we are blessed to have them in our community. I wish I didn't have them on speed dial (and that they don't recognize me when I call), but I do, and they do, and they treat my animals with compassion and respect. Large animal or small animal, I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Thank you everyone for all you do. You are appreciated.

These doctors are the best. I am always amazed by how much they care about our fur babies. They saved my sister’s dog twice in a summer and gave him many months of quality time. What they did for my Chloe will always carry a warm feeling in my heart. And I love the staff. Always knowledgeable about how you baby is doing and the smiles when you arrive. Brightness my day. Since we drive from Raymore, you know that they have to be special.
