Called the roadside assistance for Mercedes and was holding for more than 20 minutes. In frustration I hung up .. googled “tire change service” and found Shawn.. all I can say is THANK GOD!! He was at my location within 15 minutes and changed my flat tire very quickly. If I could give his service 10 stars I would.

For starters, I called Shawn on a holiday weekend and he answered immediately. I sent over a photo of the tire and Shawn confirmed that it was indeed repairable! Huge relief of stress knowing that he could come to me in 15 mins. He quoted me a price over the phone and that’s exactly what he charged me upon his arrival.
