Update!! I do not recommend this place unless you enjoy waiting 45-60 min before your even seen every time you come. This is a common thing here! They choose to bump the scheduled patients for the kids who brake their braces or brackets. I say tell those patients to put some wax on it and schedule them at the end of the day! Don't bump your regular patients who show up on time for this!!! The reception area where you wait is always packed with no seats avail, not that you'd want to wait because of the heavy perfume smell coming from front desk is extremely nauseating! I have complained

I have been coming here for a little over a year now and every time has been smooth and even fun. Guzman Orthodontics stands out to me because of its great staff and awesome service. It is very flexible. Unfortunately I have been about 30 minutes late to an appointment and they still managed to squeeze me in. (BE ON TIME TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS PEOPLE!) They walk you through every appointment, tell you what's happening with your teeth and lay out a road map so you know what to expect.
The staff is very friendly and it doesn't feel awkward like my general dentist can feel at times. Overall
