Dr. Darrin Tyson was born in Washington DC and raised in the Florida Keys. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Premedical degree in Biological Sciences in 2000. He then received his Doctor Of Chiropractic degree and a Bachelors of Health Sciences degree from Logan Chiropractic College in 2004.
We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. Corrective exercises are the use of bodily movements and/or postures to restore desirable changes in diseased or injured tissues.
We want to see all our patients attain and maintain a level of wellness care. This is when your body is fully healed and only needing maintenance adjustments. It is still recommended to come in for periodic adjustments to keep things running smoothly. This requires a quick visit 1-4 times per month based on your lifestyle and goals.

Dr. Tyson and his staff are fantastic and truly care about their work and patients. I displaced three disc's in my neck... one of which was pinching a nerve. I was rendered useless to work, sleep or function. After 3 Hospital visits I was left with pain pill prescriptions and no one willing to do X-rays or MRI. They all said no need... unbelievable! Dr. Tyson immediately set up scans and addressed my serious injuries. I followed his instructions and happy to say that all is well and back to my life again. Thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU!

It was an amazing experience. All the staff was very nice and professional. Especially the woman in the front desk named Magan. We needed a lot of help filling out the paperwork and getting more information about the place, she was very kind & patient helping us with everything. The office was very calming & neat. Would highly recommended going to this place.

If your looking for chiropractic Care near Riverview I'd highly recommend Tyson Chiropractic. A lot of chiropractors struggle to adjust my tight neck area but at Tyson there is no problem and I leave feeling great. The prices are great for the services which includes TENS at no cost. They also honor appointment times and I generally do not wait long at all. Highly recommended!
