Ken Robinson has over 32 years of experience, and began appraising in 1982 as a trainee with his father, a well-known appraiser in the Baltimore area. Ken continued his training with a local Harford County appraiser. In 1983, Ken was employed by Baystate Appraisal Company, a subsidiary of the former Loyola Federal.
Deanna is a graduate of Loyola College in Baltimore Maryland with a Bachelors of Science in Finance at the Loyola School of Business and Management.
She continues to stay up to date on the changing world of real estate appraising with continual training by successfully completing courses such as "Relocation Appraisal is Different", "Appraising FHA Today", "Appraising the Oddball", "Environmental Issues for Appraisers" and most recently "2014-2015 7-hour National USPAP Update Course".Her specialties include residential, FHA and relocation appraisals.

I would recommend the services of Robinson Appraisal Group to anyone. My husband and I worked with Ken Robinson on two separate home purchases and have been thrilled with the outcome!
