If you are looking to close on a house and have an amazing team behind you, look no further. My first interaction with Josh told me this man is a class act. Josh and Nancy helped us navigate a lengthy and exhausting house purchase. There was always another document that needed signing or phone call that had to made - and they handled it with efficiency and never made it seem like it was any trouble. They were excellent advocates for us and we never felt that we were not supported. Josh and Nancy were amazing to work with when we were looking for our first home! We told them exactly what we were looking for and they went above and beyond to get us what we wanted! Nancy actually found our home on her own time and we fell in love with it. They were available whenever we needed them! I can't say enough about them. They are very passionate about what they do.
