This is a horrible company. They told me they can deliver an order of product labels within 3 days and being on a deadline I went with them. It has been over 2 weeks now and no labels yet. This whole week they have been ignoring my phone calls and emails. Finally emailing me back saying how they would have the labels 2/18/2021 it is not 2/19/2021 and they been again ignoring all my calls and emails.(No Response) I am in complete shock in the professionalism of this company. Do not recommend this spot to anyone that has any sort of deadline .

Precision Print has been printing all kinds of items for our Credit Union, including stationary, like regular and security envelopes, and posters and brochures for our branches. Precision Print also helped to re-design and update our Laguna Niguel branch, which turned out exactly as we had imagined.
They are always responsive and answer any questions we might have. They go the extra mile and look to find the best solution for our needs, always having our budget in mind. We will be starting some bigger projects with them soon and are looking forward to the results.

Precision Prints helped my company in developing an outstanding logo for our company's biennial trip. In the end everyone received high quality shirts that have held up amazingly for the past year and a half of use. The personal touch and creativity that Mayu provides is what will keep me going to her for my next set of business cards and our families Christmas cards!

Recently I was tasked to make a batch of flyers at my internship. Having never done this before and devoid of any artistic sense, I was naturally in the early stages of panic. I reached out to a few places and Precision Print was the first to contact me. I explained my situation and Mayu quickly put me at ease. Her experience really shines through as she told me she knew exactly what I needed. We came up with a design plan and processed the order before the other places even got back to me. Phenomenal work from this establishment. From the start I felt like my interests and requests was a top priority from the staff. Can’t speak highly enough of the customer service, I sincerely did not feel as though I was “being sold” on a product - rather I was educated, assisted and reassured of the service every step of the way. The quality of the print for my cards was superb. I like the creative approach to the work vice the rudimentary production I have had in the past. Highly recommended.

Incredible work done quickly! Between the birthday invitations to the posters for the party Precision Print really impressed me. My twin boys enjoyed the paintball theme the team came up with. I usually throw decorations and RSVP stuff away after parties cause it just takes up space but now I find my self look for a way to keep this on display. Will definitely use their services again. My wife was will probably be updating her menus for work sooner than expected now after working with these guys. Pics to come.

Printed our christmas cards with Precision Print and I'm so happy I did!! I wasn't really sure what I wanted, when I sent them an email. Mayu called me back right away and talked to me about the options. She was so patient and had some wonderful input and ideas. I chose a customized version of one of their templates and received the cards only 5 days later.
My experience all around was so good, the hospital I work for is now considering ordering all their brochures and flyers with Precision Print.

I met Mayu of Precision Print last year at a market I was a part of for my hair company Curlifornia. I ordered a 10 x 10 canopy, business cards and banners from her so far. Her prices beat popular websites and her quality's either the same or better! Seriously, can't go wrong with just getting a quote. She is super friendly, takes pride in her work and service too!
