I brought my Subaru Outback in for an oil change and service without first asking for a quote. The work was completed quickly. Service was good, no complaints. Regarding the price... I'll let you judge for yourself: I was charged $68.96 for an oil change and $493.50 for new rotors and pads on the rear axle. I personally find both of these numbers to be high. At the very least, as I was a new customer, they might have offered a new customer discount or even, dare I say, throw in the oil change. I liked the service but I won't be back unless area pricing suggests the numbers above are actually fair

I went with Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires on the staff’s recommendation for a good all-season tire.
In February, I moved to Colorado from New Hampshire. I packed my life into my car and drove halfway across the country on those tires.
I am beyond thrilled with these tires! They handle everything I have thrown at them! Rain, snow or shine these tires are outstanding!

My friend John recommended me to Graham Tires and auto for tire and if he felt they were a good business I believed him. I got the tires and since my regular mechanic became available i went back for an oil change recently for winter tires. What stands out for about them is that they're one of the few businesses that make it easy for someone like me with a speech impairment to communicate with them. it's great to have options. Also they strive for good workmanship and secede. They obviously want the customer to be happy.

I recently ran out of gas on 101 and had to walk to get some. While doing that I left lights on in the car by accident and drained the battery because I was gone for too long. Mark from Graham Tire & Auto quickly came to my rescue and saved the day by giving me a jump. He was polite, friendly and non-judgemental of my stupid situation. Very affordable as well! Highly recommend!

This place is a joke. I made an appointment several days in advance. I arrive before my appointment and find there is literally no place to park. After double parking basically at the entrance, I go in. I'm told my service (alignment) will take 60-90 minutes. I go for a walk, come back 35 minutes later and my car still hadn't been touched. I made an appointment for a reason, so I went in, told them I made an appointment for a reason and I was no longer waiting. I got my keys and left, never to return. Lousy.

Purchased winter tires in December 2017 from Graham Tire & Auto. The previous set of all-season tires, that were on our vehicle, were apparently checked before the mechanics bagged each one up, as they notified us of approximately how much tread was left on the all-season tires. Flash forward, we just had an appointment today to get a 'tire change over' to have our all-season tires set back on our vehicle. Follow up to previous review: this business did the right thing, which is so rare in such a profit-driven business climate. Tim, the owner, reached out to me to see how we could find resolution. After explaining what I thought was a fair and reasonable mark-up on the parts for my brake work (pads and rotors), Tim refunded the difference(overcharge) back to my original form of payment. While many auto repair shops would have snubbed me after writing a not so glowing review, he actually was genuinely wanting to make it right. I am happy with the price now. I stopped by to have an small tire for walk behind lawn mower mounted. I first spoke with an older man who was nice and we talked about the 1/4-inch damage to the wheel and how the tire was being used. He said it should be ready tomorrow. Great, I thought.
Then the man next to him looked over at the wheel and said it was damaged, when I mentioned what me and first gentleman discussed, he appeared disgruntled, made a snide remark, and began laughing with a customer joining it. We spoke for all of 15 seconds and no other solution was suggested.

I've taken both of our vehicles to Graham for a variety of issues, some easily diagnosed and fixed, some more complex. In every case they've been very prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. At least twice they resolved a problem when I came in to make an appointment and they've always been able to make an appointment within a few days.

Quality no nonsense auto repairs and care. My wife have and I have been going here for several years for state inspections and repairs. Last time we took the car in for a oil change/ inspection. Tim and his team figured out what has causing a noise eminating from one of our wheels which was luckily covered under our car's warrantee. The year before we took it to the dealership and they didn't diagnose the problem.
When we had an older car Tim and his team did a great job of repairing all of the various problems our car had.

Scumbag sevice! Man put my powder coated rim on his tire machine scored up the metal then told me there's nothing you can do about it to take it to his other store. I took it there and the "manager" asked me what I want to do. I expressed I was upset I didn't cuss until after he told me "ya know what Roy.. I don't wanna help you." He started by asking what can he do for me I said "can you change them without ruining the others?" Seemed like a valid question. We were exploring and were almost 3 hours from home. Our car starting making a grinding sound when braking. We searched the area and found Graham Tire & Auto. We plugged it into the GPS and headed on over there. We arrived at 4:25pm; they close at 5pm.
The staff was friendly. I explained the situation. They got the car in and diagnosed the issue. They gave me a quote and I told them to go ahead. They changed the rotors and brakes on both front wheels all before they closed and came in under their quote.
I have zero problems recommending Graham Tire & Auto.

I have had Graham Tire maintain my vehicles for 4+ years. I'm so glad to give them an excellent rating as I feel that I have found a mechanic like my Dad had for years back in the Midwest, where you had trust and confidence. I have 3 vehicles a 2004 and 2008, not exactly brand new but well maintained. I feel that Tim gives you personal service and has gone above and beyond numerous times whether in scheduling service/inspection or in pricing of parts.

All I have to say is Timmy Graham is a solid guy. Would never mislead a person, always does good work for a fair rate.

We continue to bring our car to Graham for general repairs. They are still not the best communicators - take the initiative and call them when you need information. However, they do seem to perform reliably and are not too expensive. They seem to know what they are doing and play fair with their customers.

I bought my tires online and they shipped them there for free :-) Graham had the best price for install and balance and disposal, almost half other places. I made an appt for the following week and went there today. I have a Ford Fusion Sport with side skirts on it and I swear every time I go to Regan ford they can't put it on the lift properly and the side skirts bow out...so I mentioned this to Dan at Graham and that I wanted to get the best tire back to make a spare. Got a flat a month or so ago... been driving on the spare ever since. Yesterday, we were finally determined to get it fixed. It was brand new and un-punctured, so we had a feeling a mechanic (or anyone on Earth who knows anything about cars... we sure don't) would be able to fix it.
