My custom report has been refined over the years into the product that it is today. Instead of the usual generic report. My report is more tailored to the home that you are interested in purchasing. My clients have given me great feedback on it's high quality and ease of understanding. I include numerous pictures in the report in order to help clarify the items that have been noted for repair or further evaluation.
I wanted to take just a minute to formally express my absolute delight with your services. Purchasing a home can be a daunting task especially when you are 500 miles away and need to have the structure/property inspected.
