I have never been more dissatisfied with a contractor than I have with this company! The only thing I can appreciate is the 5 out of state and probably out of country workers they had out here working. Any attempts to contact English speaking employees or Todd or Brad were unresponsive! Minor issues came up which needed attention and repeated attempts to reach someone was fruitless. After learning that the 5 Hispanic workers from Nebraska were tasked with doing my roof I wish I had the number from Nebraska to have my roof done!

Wow!! Same day service. We had several shingles that blew off the cap of our roof in a wind storm. I called Lakeland in the morning. Todd showed up about 2 hours later to assess the damage. He said he could see right down in our attic. We agreed on a price, very reasonable!! He said he would return to repair. It was a small job and I didn’t expect to see him back for a few days. 45 minutes later he returned with materials and an hour later the job was done.
Couldn’t have more pleased. I would highly recommend Todd and Lakeland roofing!
