I am an Ombudsman who works with property owners in distress. In my capacity as an advocate for the distressed, I have found the Milestone Financial Team extremely responsive and professional. On numerous transactions where clients have required bailout assistance, renegotiation of their existing loans, Milestone Financial when presented with negotiations that are both good business practice and the best result for the client has consistently provided reasonable options for resolution. A hard money loan by its very nature, is a challenging time for a property owner and to find a lender like Milestone
