He addressed my individual issues with multiple stretches and resistance exercises and adjusted with what worked and what didn’t. I absolutely LOVED this place. I bragged on them and sent other patients to them. I always looked forward to my appts and learning more on how to improve. Due to a horrible bug and a bad sinus infection or cold I had to cancel my appt for today. I actually cancelled my appt yesterday and called the office today to reschedule. Angela told me I wasn't following my pt plan. I have managed to injure myself while on the job twice in the last year. I keep an active lifestyle and exercise regularly and don't want to spend any unnecessary time "on the bench". Michael is an expert in his field. He and his staff diagnosed & relieved my back & hip pain over the course of two weeks. It has been two months since my last visit & remain pain free. It is awesome when you find folks that are so good at what they do.

I came to JMC back in January for hip and neck pain and shortly after messed up my arm and ended up with a frozen shoulder. So for the last 9+ months of therapy 2x a week, Michael, Angela and Thomas have become like family to me. Angela was the friendly voice who answered my questions when I called and Thomas was always caring while helping with my warm up exercises and Michael seemed to always know what I needed before I even said anything. The people at my gym highly recommended Michael at JMC. So when I thought I had a stress fracture in my right foot (couldn't put weight on it), I went to him before seeing a doctor. His wife (front desk) and he both said he could fix it. She told me she was glad I didn't go to the doctor and went to them instead.

They put me down as self-pay, and I paid $40. I thought it was a little strange because I have good insurance, and my copay for a specialist is $25. When I asked, they said it'd be $40 under insurance anyway so it's easier to run as self-pay.

I never knew what Function Mobility was until I went to JMC Mobility of Tallahassee. The JMC team has such a great perspective on how to offer therapeutic relief that makes sense. If you don't know about "The Goodness", you better get on down and visit Michael & Angela. They are truly game changers in healing!

I am really amazed with the level of professionalism and dedication that this place staff has, they use very natural easy ways to treat their patients, and the amount of work is incredible. I go there with one of my friends who has seen many other physical therapy places in Tallahassee and I am really for the first time happy because of the great progress that I see in my friend’s health after 9 months of no or very small progress he had.
