We had a good experience with Wind River until we received the shipped merchandise. We were told when purchasing the pottery that if the pottery didn't fit on the shelf at our home we could exchange it for another piece. I called repeatedly and left numerous messages and no one ever returned my phone call. I guess we are stuck with a vase that does not fit the place where we had envisioned it. I feel taken advantage of! They were so happy to sell me two pieces of pottery and convince me that there would be a good recourse if they didn't work, but I guess they are not going to be good to their word

What a place. I have purchased many pieces of jewelry from Wind River, and never once was there a problem. Both owners require all employees to have the most up to date information on all items in store. It is very relaxing to hear where it is from how it's made. Just plain old satisfaction of mind with Wind River warranties on each and every piece sold. Best place in Santa Fe.

Over the summer I purchased a ring I was absolutely obsessed with, I wore it everyday for months then one day I managed to completely crush (and I mean CRUSH) the gold band by dropping a hand weight on it while working out (I had taken the ring off to "keep it safe"). I was frustrated with myself for breaking such a beautiful ring and really just sad about the whole situation. I reached out to Wind River Trading Company and was instantly reassured, I was told not to worry, just send the ring back to them and they would take care of the rest.

Recently visited, turns out the boss with the ‘pony tail’ bruised my wife after trying on your bracelet. Multiple times of telling him he was hurting her, he claimed it was normal! The AUDACITY!!!
To make it worse, the ring I tried on fell apart on contact, no thank you sir!
After the young lady tried to make it up to us with a water, the other tall sir then yelled at the poor thing! Is this place well worth a law suit?

I bought a ring here five years ago and I have never taken it off. I’ve worn it at the beach, the pool, the lake, the shower, yard work, in mud, I mean I don’t take it off ( I wouldn’t recommend doing any of that take better care of your jewelry than me) lol. But it’s still in perfect shape. The stone the ring I love it. I’ve bought turquoise from other stores and the stones have fallen out almost immediately. I cannot say enough great things about the Wind River Trading Company. I was visiting from the East Coast about a month ago and decided to browse, not intending to buy anything. But, then I saw a beautiful watch that caught my eye, and decided to treat myself, purchasing it rather spontaneously.
The salespeople are patient, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the watch by adjusting the bands so it would fit. They took great pains to make sure it was the size I wanted and they communicated honestly about when it would be ready (it was a busy day of repairs and adjustments
