We don't skimp when it comes to cleaning. When we arrive at a house, we make sure that every room is left in a better place than where it started. Whether I have Pedro and his team, or Maria and her team, come to my house I always come back to a spotless home! The quality and care of their work is impeccable.
We work with you to make sure the job is done right. We know your are inviting us into your home or business and treat every customer with the utmost respect. From customized monthly single family home cleanings to weekly office cleanings to one-time thorough moving out cleanings, Maria and Maria Cleaning Services' team can handle a large range of situations and environments.
EKO Carpet Cleaning provides a healthy and eco-friendly alternative to carpet and upholstery cleaning for both residential and commercial clients. We continuously strive to provide the very best service at a fair price with professionalism, honesty, and courtesy. At EKO we use two different cleaning methods.
1. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, and must be provided at the time of service for redemption. 2. The person the certificate is addressed to does not need to be the same person who redeems it as long as the certificate is valid. Our certificate pricing is based off our standard pricing, which is $55/hr per person for a cleaning.

Maria and Maria Cleaning Services are easy to work with. I thought their charges were reasonable for the amount and kind of work performed. I requested their help with a mid sized two-bed, two-bath apartment and they did a great job. They went systematically from one area to another. I especially appreciate their attention to sanitation of areas that do tend to be a little tricky around the bathroom. Kitchen is another such area where a little bit of elbow grease may be required. They did a decent job of overall surface cleaning in the general areas. Maria herself was very polite and professional

We engaged Maria and Maria for 2 years to clean our 880 sqft apartment. Pedro was quick to respond to email and quick to respond to schedule changes. The crew were on time or early and stuck to the 3 week schedule without issue. They did a great job on general sprucing up, the bathroom and the kitchen. We moved recently and had to end engagement. I hope we find a crew like Maria and Maria in our new location!

Maria and Maria did a fantastic job of cleaning my two bedroom condo after I moved out. When I called to inquire about rates and availability, I found Maria to be communicative, responsive and super friendly. She was able to come with just a few days notice.
Being 39 weeks pregnant and barely able to put my own shoes on, I really appreciate all the hard work and diligence her and her team put into cleaning the place. They arrived early and after a walk through, they all went quickly to work. The glass doors looked transparent, the stove and refrigerator look close to new and the bathrooms sparkled

This team is AMAZING! The speed at which my 1600 sq foot townhome went from dirty to clean was unreal. Like 90 minutes and a huge difference. I found this cleaning services when I moved to peninsula. They helped with my move-in cleaning and carpet cleaning (the owner's brother owns EKO carpet cleaning). They are much better than the previous cleaning services I used.
The cleaning ladies are awesome and efficient. They always make sure my place looks perfect. My husband said our place smelled fresh every time after they cleaned our place. I usually text Pedro to schedule the next cleaning on the same day that the ladies come to clean. Pedro always gets back to me instantly with a calendar invite.

I have used Maria and Maria for over 3 years. They have followed me from 2 apartments and now to a rental house. They are absolutely fantastic. Quick, thorough, they don’t mind my dog. They are easy to deal with and flexible if something comes up. Their communication is good. I highly recommend them. Everything is spotless. The kitchen is cleaner than when I do it myself! Our house was lived in for 5 years by my boyfriend and his roommates and trust me, 4-5 boys living in a house with no cleaning cadence is not going to be an easy clean.

Maria and her team did an excellent job cleaning my house! She responded quickly to my inquiry, gave me an accurate quote based on my home size, and was able to fit me into her schedule with short notice. She is very kind, considerate, and a pleasure to work with. She used natural products to clean my home (asking permission before using bleach on the toilets), which was extremely important to me. The work was very detailed, and everything looked wonderful after she was finished. I would highly recommend her!
