VRX is the only specialty pharmacy contracted with DMBA so this is the only place I can get my extremely expensive fertility meds. In October I ordered $4000 worth of medication, but they mailed me the wrong syringes. I didn't realize I had the wrong ones until the night I was supposed to start using them. I can't even describe how stressful that was. I ended up having to use a larger syringe that was less accurate and it was very frustrating considering the medication is so expensive and time sensitive. This month I ordered $6600 in medication and they charged me for all of it but only mailed

Dropped off 2 prescriptions for refill. Was told they would have to call prescribing physician with questions and they would do that and fill it the next day. 4 days later and out of med I called VRX to find out what was going on. Was told by an extremely rude tech named Jordan that they hadn't called the physician yet and it would take them another couple of days. The ignorant treatment I received is unacceptable. I plan on going to another pharmacy that treats their customers with respect.

Not an actual customer for prescriptions, but commonly visit for drinks, snacks, and the occasional allergy med. Staff here has always been polite and helpful and store is very clean. Working in World Trade Center this place is the most convenient one-stop-shop that City Creek has to offer. I'd recommend going for 75 cent ice cream on Fridays!

The location is convenient, and I like that if you work downtown you can get your drugs delivered straight to your office(not sure if they deliver narcotics or not, but your basic drugs the totally will.) The service is a bit spotty in the pharmacy, i've had some truly great customer service, where the pharmacy tech was willing to go way above and beyond what I expected to give me a pleasant experience. There are also a couple tech's when I see them my heart is filled with dread for having to deal with a person who acts like my simple request to have a prescription filled is worse than

With the recent fires and smoke I had a sudden and unexpected asthma attack and ended up in urgent care for treatment I was able to get a rescue inhaler but not the daily medicine I needed. It looks days to get things resolved with my DR and insurance company but I finally got the prescription I needed just as I was heading out of town. I tried to get it quickly filled with several other pharmacies but they were not helpful at all. I called Vrx to see if they could help. Every time I've called or visited the pharmacy regardless of how busy they are, I'm treated as though I'm their most important customer and that is rare. Each Pharmacist and technician is friendly, thorough, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile.

The pharmacy was so helpful in getting my prescriptions filled quickly during my lunch hour. Jannika, the operations manager, provided great customer service and even helped find me a discount online for one of my more expensive medications -- saving me more than $150. They have great drinks and fun things in the shop area as well.

My insurance requires us to use VRX pharmacy. If they did not, I would never patronize VRX again. VRX has on multiple occasions (5 as of this writing) told me that a prescription would be filled, only for me to call in days later and find out it was never sent. They have sent too little of a prescription and forced me to call to have more sent. They have failed to bill insurance and used my card on file to pay the full price for a prescription that they then mailed out. I've been told the technician would call back in 5 minutes after calling my insurance company only to receive no call before they

I work downtown and was having trouble getting to my pharmacy before it would close in the evening. I heard that VRX deliveries and decided to try it out. First and foremost - AMAZING customer service!!!!! Two gals, Marci and Janni, assisted me and gave me all of the info I needed. It was such a pleasant experience! They were very kind and outgoing. Recommend to anyone who works downtown and doesn't have the time to get to their pharmacy. Loved how it has the local feel. :) 5 stars!!!

A very good place to get your everyday prescriptions, as well as nearby to where you can shop and eat. This pharmacy is located in the city creek mall, but is difficult to find. The signage leading up to the store it is located in do not hint at it. As a general tip, go towards the security office in the food court to the left (coming in the Microsoft store side).
Wait was shorter than expected and the technician got right on filling my order as soon as a sat down to wait. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that was waiting in line behind a single couple for more than 10 minutes
