Oh my gosh... didnt think my chances of finding an excellent and conservative dentist after leaving my dentist in another state would be possible, but thankfully I did with Dr. Whitener. His hygienist is amazing, so thorough and gentle. Even though I didnt need any work done, I know from speaking with Dr. Whitener that are was in the right office. Sent my husband in and he had an awesome experience as well. Cant recommend this office enough.

Usually going to the dentist is a necessary but unpleasant experience. Not so at Dr. Whitener's office. Dr. Whitener and his staff work hard to make you feel comfortable. I always leave there feeling like I was the most important patient of the day. By the way, it's hard to laugh with instruments in your mouth, but I do and often! I highly recommend this practice for their excellence and compassion.

Dr. Whitener and his staff are fantastic. They are consistently kind, knowledgeable and readily available when needed. Dr. Whitener is very gentle with needles and enjoys teaching his patients about their personalized care. If a referral is needed, he has talented specialists readily available to meet your needs. Dr. Whitener and staff are professional but friendly. We have been to a lot of dentists due to my husband's military moves and Dr. Whitener is the best of all. He is caring and does excellent work. Kim, my hygienist, makes sure I am comfortable but always does a great cleaning. We would not go to another dentist!

Dr Whitener and his staff are the best. Ultra Professional and Ultra Friendly. They are so nice that often I'll eat a whole bag of Oreos right before I go in for a cleaning, just so I can hang out longer. Just kidding! But not kidding about them being the best dental practice in Cobb County. I live in Acworth and I drive down to Marietta to go to their office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Whitener since about 1991. His staff has changed over the many years, but all of them were then, and are now very professional, caring and attentive.
I wouldn't change dentists for anything. Dr. Whitener and his staff are the best.

Absolutely love visiting Dr. Whitener and his staff! They are super professional and make you feel like family. I lived out of town for a period of time and upon returning I was looking for a dentist. I am blessed to have found Dr. Whitener. The staff is flexible, knowledgeable, and professional. Now that my oldest on is an adult, he also enjoys his bi-yearly visits/cleanings.

I went back to Dr. Whitener to have my first crown (of three) done. I am not a fan of novacaine and asked Dr. Whitener if I could skip it. He explained that I would be in pain if he didn't use it. He used a type of novacaine that wore off a few hours after my visit and didn't freeze my whole mouth. Super! Dr. Whitener was very nice during the hour and a half I was there and I am pleased with his work. I need to go back in two weeks to have my permanent crown put in. I'm not worried, because I know I'll be in good hands.

I haven't been to the dentist in a while and would often have anxiety attacks just making an appointment but a cracked tooth landed me a front row chair in Dr. Whiteners office. Yes, a dentist named Whitener...ironic!
Not only was I seen the same day I called, even when they were only working a half day, but I was treated with something I've never experienced before in a dental office-compassion. Just like the other review, I too was scared of needless and the jiggle of the cheek was just what I needed.

I went yesterday for two fillings (leave me alone, I hadn't gone to the dentist in, like, three years). They had the Satellite radio Coffee house channel on, which was amazing. For some reason one side of my mouth wouldn't numb, so I had to have four shots. Did I mention I'm terrified of needles?? Yes, I'm giving five stars because Dr. Whitener was amazing. They numb you where they're going to give you a shot, and then Dr. Whitener jiggles your cheek while he's giving the injection. This may be standard, I don't know, but I was impressed. He was really
