She began her career in the hospitality industry twenty years ago as a coach attendant for the Grand Canyon Railway serving souvenir Coke bottles to thirsty passengers from all over the globe. She knew immediately that she liked working with the public and thus began a career that would teach her the ins and outs of food and beverage and about life.
