I had this company repair my roof after Irma, they were awesome. Jump forward three months ago, (April 2021) and I needed some roofing matters addressed. Naturally I called this company. I spoke with Diane in their office and she explained they are kinda backed up due to Covid. I was understanding and asked Diane to have them call me in two months to schedule an appointment. Well, here it is June 2021 and no follow up call. I took it upon myself to call them and again spoke with Diane. There is NOTHING professional about this company! I have been waiting over four months or more for the tile to arrive and have it placed, it's been so long I've lost track. Have texted and called with NO response. They are quick to want their money but not to give respectable service. My neighbors went with another company about the same time and have had their roof up over a month ago. Their excuse is... the tile needs to get ordered and it takes a while...really? A while??? this is what was said four months ago! Poor, Poor, Poor service. If the owner is allowing work to be done under his cc#
