We also cover Yard Care Maintenance for our clients which can include: aeration, thatching, mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization for plant beds, mulching, weeding, and planting.Each dedicated client receives a Spring and Fall Cleanup which encompasses a full yard makeover. Tom Spear is the owner of Spear Landscaping & Development Inc. and looks over all of the operations of the business.

We serve the Chicagoland area and we are Headquartered in Itasca, IL. We currently do business in Itasca, Roselle, Bloomingdale, Addison, Elk Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard and other surrounding suburbs. Our secondary location provides Construction & Estate Design project work for the North Shore Suburbs including the towns of Wilmette, Winnetka, and Glenview.
