EverCare Choice is a non-profit Managed Long-Term Care Plan serving the Hudson Valley for the past 20 years. Along with EverCare at Home, EverCare's Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA), and its Adult Social Day Program, EverCare Choice delivers a broad spectrum of services to the region with an emphasis on personalized and compassionate healthcare.
EverCare Choice is our Managed Long Term Care Plan. We provide nearly 1,000 patients with access to care that allows them to remain in their homes for as long as safely possible, supported by strong clinical teams and a vast Provider Network of nearly 200 trusted and interconnected vendors. EverCare at Home is our Certified Home Health Agency.

Not impressed! Nurses who came to our home supposedly ordered supplies the patient needed yet never arrived. Nurse Doreen was always gloom and doom (was a real downer), did not say anything positive and was a real drama queen. The physical therapist Kelly was fantastic she was the only saving grace about the company that I now call Nevercare!! Try Good Samaritan they have much better nurses!

Our social day program is a home away from home. It's a beautiful warm place surrounded by great staff who love, serve and care for every individual. There is no greater gift for a caregiver, but to know their love one is treated with integrity, dignity, respect, compassion and love. It's a place full of laughter, great food and great activities! Feel free to stop by.
