Raintree Apartments

Please take your time to read this!!! If I can give a zero I would and even go to negatives beyond zero! I moved here june2021 and it's been issue after issue. The day I moved in my ac unit was leaking the plugs in the rooms which provide the only way to have light in the rooms were not functioning(so we had no light). The doors to the bedrooms did not close completely the refrigerator made a horrible loud noise and at night since my door didn't close you can imagine how was my sleep. The dryer had issues. 3 months later most issues are fixed except my a.c now I have a window unit In my dining

It is now July 10. We have had over 25 days 90-100 degrees and the pool is STILL not open. We got an email 6 weeks ago that it would be open any day. We were told FIVE MONTHS ago when we moved in that the gym would be open ANY DAY. NOTHING. Same with the hot tub. I wanted to rent a s house. But was convinced to come here because of the pool, hot tub and gym. Nothing. In mid-July. Going to appeal to get some rent back. Contacted the owners. People here from the Air Force base are telling friends to not rent here. Wish we hadn't. Terrible.

The place itself was amazing considering the demand in Clovis for a newer apartment. However, the staff that i dealt with after i moved was very unpleasant. Will not go in to detail, but if the staff decides to read through the reviews, please send me an email and I’ll be happy to explain and possibly reconcile.

Raintree grocery closed before Covid. I heard this facility leased space to our local Wal-Mart when they renovated their store. Currently, Roden Smith Pharmacy is using the facility to administer Covid-19 vaccines, by appointments only. They are supported by local volunteers and City of Clovis EMS support team. Awesome experience!

If I could get 0 I would! The staff have no idea what they are talking about . Told me I would pay until 12/31 ended being 01/31 which is what I thought! I want to make sure NO ONE makes the mistake . It is a nice place in Clovis but unless you want to be deceived I would go else where !

This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. The maintenance people are the only ones that give this place a star. The front office people charge different people different rent, and the apartments are literally made out of paper. You can hear everything everywhere. EVERY neighbor surrounding us is disrespectful and loud. When it rains the water pools into an aluminum drain RIGHT outside your bedroom, so you're basically listening to a marching band. Apartments themselves are not bad, nice to have the pool in summer. But prices are steep for what you get. Don't seem to likely to work with military, despite the fact of several empty units in the complex. Requested a month to month as didn't want to sign a year's lease, I know I'm moving this summer, just not sure when, but wouldn't work with me on that. So there you go.

We moved to Clovis just as COVID-19 started at the state shut down and began a difficult housing search. When we first stopped by Raintree, we were shooed away from the management office - no sign on the door saying how contactless viewings could be done or who to contact if we were interested in leasing, just yelled at through the window “we’re closed.” Three days later we saw Craigslist postings and were able to begin the leasing process via email.
All was fine for a few months. The church across the street began outdoor services due to COVID which is annoying. Life pro tip: don’t accept

I relocated to Clovis for my job and I was informed that Raintree Apartments we’re very nice or at least the nicest apartments in Clovis. Overall I am pleased with the layout of the apartment even though it is a tad small, but the apartment is still nice. I am VERY displeased with the fact that I have the most Horrendously loud and disrespectful upstairs neighbors and despite my reporting this to management no less than a half a dozen times, it STILL continues!!! I am disappointed in how this situation has been handled/mishandled. Obviously, in an apartment you cant expect total silence, however

Nice, beautiful, spacious homes. Rent is high but it's worth it. Staff is very courteous and prompt. Maintenance is prompt and kind as well. Homes are clean and they are always on top of preventing things. It's in the best area of Clovis and very peaceful. I would definitely recommend living here in a heartbeat.😇♥️
