Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I went in after they've told me they take walk ins and the girl that treated me was disrespectful, not compliant and that they only take appointments. Nothing wrong with miss communication but that woman's attitude was foul plus I've been there before and the massages weren't even that great. Highly not recommend.

One word......Amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage at a great place. My husband and I took advantage of this place for Couple Massage. They didn’t disappoint us, we both had excellent massages which left us relaxed,refreshed and reenergized. They also offer us Free Hot Stones and $10 Off for each person. I don’t often write reviews, because I believe you sure only write one when something extraordinarily great happens.

The other day I walked into this very nice establishment and was greeted with side eye and an attitude. The girl that I spoke with I believe her name was Asia, I may have had a lot of questions but that young lady seemed to have better things to do than to help answer my questions. She was too busy laughing with her friend to even acknowledge my existence. I have poor circulation which causes me to need massages quiet often, so I would've spent a lot of money on their packages. But since she didn't have time to help, I didn't have money to spend. Hopefully nobody experiences what

I called to schedule an appointment. The lady answered from her car. She said I can come right in and no appointment was needed. When I arrived 15 minutes later, I was told I had a 30 minute wait. I then was put in one room where I removed my clothes. Then once told I had to move to the room across the hall since my room was not clean, even though I was already laying down in just my underwear. So in a towel, I crossed the hall. I was never asked what areas to concentrate on. It felt like I was given a stock rub.. not even a message. This is so much worse than any massage I have ever received and

I love a good massage, and the staff here didn't disappoint in providing a decent massage. The room was clean, staff friendly and spoke better engliah than many other massage places I have been. Between the house fee and the tip it was a little on the pricy side, but I think if I was more familiar with the structure setup here I wouldn't be as upswt about it. The website says a shower is there to get the oils off but that wasn't offered either. Again, I am sure 8could have asked, but I prefer to have the staff fully fulfill my expectations without me having to ask for services that
