Richie Smalley has worked as a private practice attorney in central Oklahoma for more than a decade. A former graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, Richie completed law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He was admitted to the Oklahoma and the U.S. District Court Western District of Oklahoma bar shortly after.
Grant Thomas Reynolds grew up in Tulsa, OK and graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. He received his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2018. As an associate attorney, Mr. Reynolds is a compassionate and skillful advocate for his clients.
Tristan L. Davis grew up in Azle, Texas, just outside of Fort Worth. You can find a much better law firm. I needed questions answered for Trust documents they created for me. My situation was very time sensitive and I have yet to receive a response from them. Specifically Richie Smalley who I spoke with about my situation. To top it off, the woman up front developed a snotty attitude when i called back a couple times because they wouldn't respond. Very unprofessional!

From the start of inquiring about redhawk law for an attorney my experience was great. I watched all richie’s videos on the website and that told me pretty much everything I needed to know about the firm and Richie himself. Richie will stab you in the back if he thinks it will help his cause out. Does not believe his clients from day one and will only defend you for the cash. Will report you to the authorities if even a false, negative rumor surfaces from the most obscure source. Firm is based on an unethical base and they continue that legacy today. Find someone else.

I used Bret Glen and after thousands of dollars in with no court date was supposed to get an emergency hearing (by law only supposed to be scheduled maximum of 3 days out) however this process took 2 months as he went on vacation and a partner was supposed to handle the case. The partner did not handle it and I was finally able to get thru to Bret but even then took an additional 2 weeks. Finally got a court date went to court and I feel as there was no preparation whatsoever on their part as there was no evidence of any investigation done to help my case. Then was double charged and then to fix

Spoke with Thor whom set up my free consultation. Thor, very sweet and pleasant to speak with, said Rick would call on the scheduled date and time. I waited and waited and waited. Never heard from this " shark" of an attoney. So, I email Thor letting him know that I hadn't received the schedule call. I never heard from either of them. I would like to say THANK YOU- if you represent clients the way you handle your scheduled consults... You just saved my time and money.

Betsy has been my lifesaver. I switched to her midstream in my divorce after firing my other attorney bc my last attorney was charging me double & was incompetent costing me money & jeopardizing my case. Betsy jumped right in & was up to speed in no time. She settled things the other attorney wanted to drag out.
