I wish I could give a 0 rating. There is hardly anyone in the office to help when you have issues. You call the number and it goes to voicemail and the mailbox is always full so you can't leave a message. I am so glad we left this place. I will not recommend this apartment, not even to my worst enemy.

My wife and I have lived here for a year and a half.
The funny thing is after reading all of the reviews is, if you are nice to your managers, they will help you as much as they can. Pay your rent on time. Don't expect them to run out for every little maintenance request you may have.
Another review I read complained about noise. It's an apartment complex, it's going to be noisy, deal with it. College kids live her, couples live here, it'll get noisy.
We have confidence in Nate and Kody.
What we are concerned with is their inability to respond to specific instances that corporate in LA want
