My wife and I have used Attorney Mark Sweeney many times. We hired him to draft a stock purchase agreement when when bought the shares of our family business from the original co-owners. After the purchase was complete, he amended the company's articles of incorporation on file with the Secretary of State. Finally, we hired him to prepare our wills. At all times Mr. Sweeney accommodated our busy schedules and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Attorney Sweeney for small business matters.

I have been a client of Attorney Mark Sweeney since 2004 when he successfully handled a civil litigation matter for me. Since then, I have referred others to him for litigation and they have reported successful outcomes as well. I recently met with Mark regarding estate planning and he prepared and recorded a survivorship deed for me. Mark is a pleasure to work with. He is wise, diligent, trustworthy and his fees are reasonable. I highly recommend Attorney Mark Sweeney.
