Literally got offered a 3 bedroom house that is smaller than our 2 bedroom house.. tell me how that works. When you try to ask for more information, they just divert, lie, and walk away.
UPDATE: because Google will not let me respond to replys or rate again here’s a little more fun for ya.
Just got told that our house move in date is getting pushed, with our move in date almost a full month past when we requested it. When I spoke with the “manager” all she could say was there was nothing that could be done and that she’s sorry.
Okay, I get you’re sorry. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. Then I

My husband and I lived on base for 3 years. Our overall experience with The housing office was poor. For starters they automatically take with dependent rate bah from you, even if you don’t have children. We don’t have children so we felt it was a ripoff, but there’s not a lot of other housing options off base so we just stayed where we were. The next thing that occurred was while going through the process of moving out. We were misinformed by an employee at the housing office that we had to pay to have our carpets professionally cleaned before moving out and that they must look exactly as

I have had countless issues with my house on base, to the point where it’s really getting old. I explained to Candace over the phone that I enjoy living on base and I only want to say good things about the house but Im always proven wrong. My house has had an overflowing toilet, water damage from the water heater that always spills water, mold in the air vents, earwig infestation in my house due to the dampness & mold. I’m so disappointed, when I explained to her over the phone that this all happened she seemed understanding but we couldn’t move forward. She then told me “you know you’re

When calling about heater not working with children. Response is " only thing we can do is send another message". Over three hours still no attempt to come out. Constantly submiting the same maintenance request for heat and only quick fixes are done.

They will do everything in their power to rip you off. They tell you not to worry about small things like marks on walls because it’s “normal wear” and then turn around and charge you $700.00 to “repaint”. They cannot be trusted and will lie openly to your face while trying to say they are saving you money.

Takes entire BAH with no other option on base. They will charge ridiculous amounts on areas that have "damage" and not fix it for the next family that moves in. I have seen this multiple years with neighbors and coworkers that lived on base. I do not recommend on base housing. If at all possible move off base.

If i could give them no stars i would. This place has been the absolute worst. From the moment my husband moved in, the water heater would always shut off, whether he was using water or not. When i came home on leave we had to shower at a friends house for a week because the water was FREEZING cold even after my husband had called them multiple times throughout the year he had already been there. Houses are very cheaply made and basically fall apart but then they charge a lot when you try to move out. Recently, my husband came on E-Leave with me for one of my family members who was given 16 DAYS

Good service from Jaclyn. Thats about the only person you should go to. While using this company i came in to update my rank due to me and my wife being mil to mil. They told us we were not allowed to update our contracts. So after 6 months of being deployed they said i owed 1800 dollars because they did not update the info.
They have failed on multipe occasions. We tried to leave base. They tried to hit us with a leasr break even though it was there mistake that is causing the issue. Dont do it. They are the worst

Cheaply made. Windows are uneven so in winter some rooms are colder then others. EVERYTHING always brakes and they Never have replacements. Ived asked to have the lights on the roof replaced twice and they still haven't done it over the course of two years. When you call to have something fixed they're always extremely rude about it. We didn't even get a chance to see the house before we moved in. We were just taken to a house and given the keys. It seems like everyone who works on base ( housing, usps, commissary, housing maintenance, the people that sow the stripes on your uniforms, even the
