We've been trying to have these guys for about 3 months now make a couple pieces of Neon every time i go in Vince says that there Glass Blower has quit, or not available even though he himself knows how to blow glass, inthen turns around recommendeds LED to me i didn't know it was called Rainbow LED Sign Co we want Neon back.

I got a neon clock for Christmas but one day it stop working. I was clueless about where to get it fixed. After searching the web - Rainbow Neon Sign in Salt Lake was where we took the clock. Wow!!! They were amazing!!! Not only did they fixed the clock in a day - they hardly charged me anything to fix it. They also gave me instructions on how to care for it. No job is too small - Best service ever!!! I totally recommend them. They Rock!!!

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! We ordered a sign in late November 2013, gave them specific color codes & shades, & paid 1/2 up front. They changed the specs & used their own version of one of the colors -- way darker than requested & did not match the shade on my logo (didn't even come close). I told them the shade was way too dark, & requested they fix it. One month later I received an email from the salesperson telling me that he & his boss drove by the sign & they think it looks fine. I responded by telling them that would be GREAT, if they were the customers, &
