I recently had Mark engrave some items for me for anniversary and Christmas gifts and he truly went above and beyond! He completed my engravings within two days of getting the items to him and they look incredible! I recently lost my Dad, and I have now taken possession of a very classic gold nugget ring. A diamond fell out and another cracked. Aframs was able to reset the loose diamond, replace the broken diamond and clean the ring. It sparkled so much, it just made me so happy to have the ring back in such pristine condition! Gina and Joseph were very pleasant to deal with. Joseph I actually took care of my issue right there on the spot and I did not have to come back the next day which was a pleasant surprise. Their store has a lot of nice items in it and I would recommend to anyone that they visit the store. If you have any problems with jewelry such as a broken clasp or anything like that, Joseph can repair it for you and does a darn good job.

Went in with my wife to look at upgrading her ring. I don't know much about stones and etc, but every single person up there was very polite, and made sure to not make me feel like an idiot. I was able to get my wedding band, and an upgrade for my wife at a very affordable price, and you can't beat the lay-away. Will recommend to everyone!

Terrible customer service. The woman assisting me was extremely judgy and would not even hear me out before immediately turning me away. I had a specific vision for a necklace my boyfriend gave me and instead of working with me, she said "you'll never find anyone that will do that" and dismissed me. I would have really appreciated help and guidance but she clearly did not feel that my request was worth her time.

Needed some work done on my bride's wedding set - it'd been over 20 years since it had been checked or cleaned or anything. It's a good thing I did because Mr Afram said the prongs holding the solitaire were "paper-thin" and could've popped that diamond out at anytime.
So I wanted the set welded, soldered, fused together and resized to better fit her finger. And also to fix all the prongs.
The ring was ready within a couple days. The price was VERY reasonable - a lot less than I was expecting.
The whole family there running the place was very friendly and professional

Great, family ran business. Everyone is kind and they repaired my rings for practically nothing. I was devastated when my wedding ring broke. I lost one of the prongs on it and the diamond fell out. I took it here and they cleaned and repaired it; it looks better than it did the day my husband gave it to me. I highly recommend coming here
