Channel Letter Signage does not have to be just letters. Many customers don't know they can add their logo as well. To further brand their business and make a bigger visual impact, talk to your customers about channel letter logo boxes. A separate element, a logo box, sometimes referred to as a contoured channel letter or a contoured logo, can display a logo or an intricately written tagline.
Front lit channels are the most common type of channel letter and they draw attention during the day or night. Front lit channel letters use lights to illuminate the face of the letters. This is done with a translucent acrylic face and lights that shine from within the letter itself. Front lit channel letters are the most common type of channel letter and they draw attention during the day or night.
Reverse channel letters are used by clients who want an impactful and classy look for their signage. Often called "halo" or "backlit" letters, reverse lit channel letter signs are mounted away from the wall, causing the light to form a halo effect behind the sign. The distance from the sign to the wall they're mounted on enables the halo of illumination around each individual character, helping the reverse lit channel letters to stand out.
Open Face channel letters are an excellent choice for businesses that need a highly conspicuous night signage presence, such as restaurants, nightclubs, and bars. Neon is the illumination source for all open face channel letter signs, and the neon is actually exposed instead of being encased behind colored acrylic.
Front and back-lit channel letters create striking illumination for channel letter signage. If your client is looking for a dramatic illumination on their sign, our front and back lit channel letter sign might be the perfect option. Rather than just being lit from the front or from the back, the effect is slightly different and more dramatic than illuminating from either side.

Jimmy in the front office is the biggest tool you will meet here. You, as the customer, are the biggest inconvience in his day, at least that's how he acts, nor does he care about being polite in any way shape or form. Couldn't imagine being a coworker with this guy. Any company that cared about customer service and satisfaction would let him go.

Every other sign place I've worked at, that has dealt with Direct knows their signs are the poorest quality in the industry. The only reason anyone would like their work is because they have no reference for what a sign should look like. The owner and managers of this place have never actually built a sign themselves and refuse to promote or hire people with sign building experience so they continue to pump out poor work. Remember people, you get what you pay for and that works for signs too.

I've ordered a dozen signs over the years from this place. They get 2 stars for the product quality, it's everything else that is poor. The estimators never seem to understand what they're supposed to do, they ask questions that have answers to in the original email/artwork, then circle back and realize the answers are there and pro long an easy estimate process.
This specific order we ordered 3 matching non illuminated signs. Once sign is ordered we go to a project manager for remainder of job. Our card gets charged for balance 10 days later, but we never received an email or call order was ready
