Being a family-owned business, the principles of personal service are very dear to our hearts. It was our owners, Maggie & Robert Shahnazarian, who originally came up with the idea for NOOR. From the very beginning, NOOR has been nothing but top-notch. We first communicated with Bridget and was very happy with how detailed and transparent she was about pricing. We knew exactly what we were getting and we barely had any follow up questions. When we went to see Noor, we were blown away. The place was spotless, newly renovated, and stunning. We immediately knew this was the place to celebrate our reception. We booked the same day and are so happy we did!

Noor is a fantastic place to celebrate your day. The foods, appetizers, services, etc was terrific. My husband and I are very happy that we choose Noor restaurant to celebrate our weeding day. Had my wedding at NOOR ELLA in October 2021 with about 105 total guests a total cost of about $20k for the venue only which included food catering, room rental, chairs, tables, linens, open bar, and few other enhancements).
I had 5 months to plan the whole wedding and my experience with the venue was positive: Anna was my event manager, very sweet, responsive, and accommodating. Ella room is sooo elegant and romantic, convenient guest parking and location, Excellent service and the food was delicious.

As a photographer, we always appreciate a caring and prompt staff along with a beautiful event space. NOOR boasted all of the above, creating an epic moody reception and immaculate lighting with a fog machine for their first dance. Not to mention a full photogenic bar for guests throughout the night and balcony space to look over the bustling streets. The perfect and classic upscale downtown feel for any wedding!

The bar staff is the only reason this place got any stars. They were amazing, attentive, and did a fantastic job.
The venue and bathroom were extremely clean.
The problem was the food and wait staff. They could have cared less about people there and the food was extremely dry. I ended up not eating any of my food because the chicken was extremely hard to cut into. It was all over cooked and was luke warm.

In 2019, we found Noor and immediately fell in love with the venue and most of all with how efficient and caring Bridget Ann, the VP of Sales was - she gave a great tour and would answer all my questions and we were booked and ready to go. Then the world changed as we all know it with Covid in early 2020 so our wedding plans got postponed not once, not twice but three times!

If you have made it this far in your search for a venue, it would be futile to look any further. This is the most beautiful venue that I have ever seen, especially if you are looking for a fun and festive wedding vibe. The energy that this place gives off is what sets the mood for the reception (your guests will feel it) and the photographs/video will look so glamorous and luxurious, you'd think you were in a movie wedding.

I had my debut (18th birthday for a Filipino girl) in January 2012 at the Ella ballroom (smaller ballroom) so when it came time to look for a wedding venue in Pasadena, of course, the Noor was on the contender list.
Trevor, my now husband, and I did a tour of the Sofia (larger ballroom) ballroom in November 2018 (1 month after getting engaged) and it looked perfect! It was renovated from the time I had my debut in 2012 and Trevor got that "feeling" when he saw it in-person.

By some miracle my fiance & I were able to secure a date with NOOR after they had a cancellation. It was the only Saturday wedding date left of the entire Summer, so I was ecstatic that we somehow were able to snag it!
Bridget Ann & Kaelan were so professional, organized, and detailed in all of our meetings, I was truly truly impressed. I asked a lot of questions since I was planning the entire wedding myself, and they were so patient with me the entire time!

We had a lunch here for our Grandmas 100 Birthday. It was the best party! Everyone at Noor was great, the food and service were amazing. With just 8 days notice, Robert, Lisa, and the rest of the personnel at Noor made my wife's 50th a most elegant, magical, and memorable event. This venue is absolutely gorgeous! My daughter booked this venue pre pandemic and we were all so excited to have it there. Fast forward to the pandemic and it was postponed.
Once the venue opened up again, we went and checked it out and not only is it still gorgeous they have expanded their space!
We met with Robert and he assured us all would be great. Unfortunately, my daughter got married when the churches opened up...so maybe we'll celebrate an anniversary there. Robert was very nice, accommodating and wonderful to work with! Thank you, Robert!!

Recently attended a wedding reception at this venue, the room we were in was nearest the bar/patio area and was nicely set up at arrival. The bartenders were great and suggested really good drinks. Once seating inside the room was ready the DJ (who I didn't know was the DJ at the time) came out and just kind of yelled it to everyone to come sit down. The décor inside was beautiful and seating arranged nicely. We recently checked this venue out. They have a lot of venue options on site and are still growing. The buildings are gorgeous and they offer a lot of options and packages. This would be the perfect place for a wedding or any important event. Robert was SUPER helpful and even gave us advise on how to plan our wedding event. We have had NOORs catering before and the food is amazing. This was a great experience and the most professional/helpful venue we came across! Thank you Robert!

NOOR was the first venue I looked at to plan my wedding and it was the last. The moment I crossed that beautiful bridge, the Vice President of Sales, Bridget Ann greeted my family and I so warmly. On the tour Bridget Ann explained literally how the whole entire event would go, where things would be set up, I could almost envision the night right then and there. As she went over the 17 page proposal, there wasn't one thing that I didn't understand, it was all explained so crystal clear. From the first email to adding one last song to the end of the night, Robert, Maria, Kenji and the whole Noor team were amazing. We visited the Sofia Ballroom probably about 20+ times and each time the team was so patient to answer every question Alex, our parents and myself had. And there were A LOT.
We needed a large enough venue for 200+ guests: check. It needed to be mostly inside since February is unpredictable, but since it’s California we wanted some outdoor aspect: check.

My husband and I were married at NOOR in April 2019, and the experience was wonderful. The day of was incredible, and went off without a hitch. The staff was anticipatory and responsive, the food was excellent, and the venue was beautiful. It was absolutely beyond anything I had envisioned.
Beyond that, Miranda and Bridgett Ann, along with many others made the planning process easy and enjoyable. They were responsive, flexible, and always professional, and went out of their way to accommodate any and all requests.

I came to this Venue as part of a company holiday event. This place is literally in the Paseo Mall where the yard house is, this place is in the corner on the north west side. The parking structure with the ramp is the closest to the venue.
This place has a really cool and hip feel to it, when you enter it's a bar-type entrance and you can grab a drink from there (soda, juice, etc). You then walk through the double doors and you are in the actual venue, the tables were nicely decorated with bread and salad waiting on the table, I don't know what they use for catering, but the salad dressing
