Loved loved this place. They were all so nice, and efficient. I had been to 2 jewelers here in Naples, trying to get my husband a new wedding band made out of his Mothers gold band. Beckner, right away said YES we can do this! His ring is so perfect, they totally made it the way we wanted it, and it looks awesome.

This is the best jewelry store in Naples!!! Alan and Jamie were very welcoming, making me feel right at home. Definitely the "Hometown" feel! I brought in my engagement ring that needed a new stone. I had taken it to a different repair shop in town, but it was damaged in the process of trying to get the stone in. I was told the stone could not be placed in that particular ring. I visited another store in town and was told it could not be repaired to look how it should. But after taking it to Alan, he said he could repair my ring and place my stone. The owner (Alan) went over and beyond what one needs to do to please a customer. I missed their phone message that my necklace was ready. Now I need to mention: it was a gift and needed it. I left a message that they didn’t call (which they did and I missed it) anyhow Alan heard my message and picked up the necklace and offered to meet me so I could get the necklace and have my gift. Mind you this was over the weekend when they were closed. Wow. That was above what he needed to do. MUCH APPRECIATED.

I worked in a jewellery store for many years. When my husband needed his wedding band made larger, this is the only place I would have it done. His ring is 18 karat yellow gold.
They ordered the appropriate gold and did such a perfect job you can’t see where his ring was cut. Yes, the jeweller had to cut his ring off because it was that much too tight. Another thing that was beautifully done.
I would highly recommend Beckner Jewelry if you want something done professionally.

I stumbled upon this jewelry store one day in Naples, and was so lucky to find them! I was super impressed that this is a family-owned business with generations of jewelry artistry and goldsmithing.
When I got engaged, my now-husband and I decided to go to Beckner Jewelry to custom make my husband's wedding band. Alan met with us and took his time telling us about all the options we had. We decided that we wanted to melt down my husband's mom's wedding band (she is deceased, and this is a meaningful piece of jewelry) to incorporate the gold into my husband's wedding band.

I HAVE USED THEM EVERY YEAR FOR EITHER PURCHASE OR REPAIR OF EXISTING JEWELRY. I HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE EXCEPTIONALLY HONEST WITH THEIR MERCHANDISE AND THEIR PRICING. I had two pieces of jewelry that needed repair. The first one was a pearl necklace, which had a very difficult clasp. I took it to two jewelry shops in Chicago neither wanted to deal with it.
These folks did a great job, not only did they fix it, but it looks good as well.
They also repaired my earrings at no charge and cleaned one of my gold necklaces at no charge.
