NorthStar Counseling & Wellness, LLC is a trauma-informed group practice, providing mental health services, counseling, psychotherapy, and integrative wellness services for children, adults and families. Individuals are provided with guidance, support and education to identify problem-solving solutions to current or present situations.
We are considered an In-Network provider with the above insurances and are accepting new clients. Please call for benefit information or if you have any questions about using your health insurance for services. If we are not contracted with your insurance company as an In-Network provider, then we can provide additional options that may provide full or partial coverage for our services.

They don't return calls or respond to emails. I wasted weeks contacting them using their website form, direct email, and phone. All got me zero response. All were basic inquiries about services. I wasted weeks hoping for a response. Very unprofessional when people are in need of mental health services. Just respond and say "no" or "we're not available"! I can't imagine how frustrating this poor communication would be for a client in need.
UPDATE: They responded to me the day after I posted this review and have been communicative and responsive since. Maybe it was just a "glitch" over November
