This is about the worst insurance agent I've ever had. My insurance was due every month on the 25th. I called and explained I don't get my SSDI until the 3rd but have been faithful to pay that day everytime. I was told that would be okay but found out today that was a lie. After 5 months they decided to charge me 70 dollars in late fees on my bill for the entire time I've supposedly been late on this months bill and refusing to listen or work with me. Needless to say I wasn't nice about it and I can't recommend someone who lacks this much understanding and is so willing to lie the customer and
