I avoid writing reviews unless absolutely necessary, but I absolutely had to share the level of appreciation I ended up having for All County, especially towards the end of my lease with them and say thank you thank you thank you!! I went from home ownership to having to rent, so I did not know what to expect in terms of communication and responsiveness if I had questions, how lease renewals were going to work, if maintenance were required, etc etc. I only had to contact them TWICE throughout the entire year - that's how smoothly everything was going. Paying the first month rent there was a problem with their website. The username was not created and I was not able to pay my rent. I call on the second they tell me the situation is resolved. Next day still unable to pay my rent. Long story short when I was able to pay finally on the 7th they hit me with a late fee. I call the office an in the middle of explaining my situation was put on hold and transferred to Jennifer. Jennifer was extremely rude about the situation. She would not accept responsibility and only offered a partial credit and eventually just said “ok” and hung up. Sadly this

The kind people at All County Medallion are more than helpful. I was afraid of the big changes I was making in my life. They saw me through everything with lots of patience, and they were available to me at every turn. I had more dealings with Sean and Kathleen than anyone else, and they were both amazing and supportive, but everyone there deserves the 5 star rating!

A message to other property owners. Stay away. Initial reponsiveness until the contract is signed then good luck if you can reach them on the phone. Their accounting system is a pad of legal paper. You will need to use the legal paper a lot to review the multiple mistakes made financially. One complaint registered in last 12 months with the BBB. I would imagine this is because most won't bother.
