I cannot recommend Merlyn Meinerts enough. Divorce is an emotional and complicated process that no one wants to go through, but he helped me navigate the process with extreme professionalism. He kept conversations focused in order to maximize value to me and charged a very reasonable retainer. Both he and his associate were extremely responsive and I was able to finalize my divorce in record time. He certainly knows this area of law and you will feel well taken care of, protected and in good hands from start to finish.

First and foremost, Merlyn and his staff are good people above all else.
Going through a divorce is an emotional roller coaster and take that to another level when young children are involved. Not knowing which law firm to trust (for most of us this is a first, and hopefully last time going through this!) was the most daunting and overwhelming feeling I had heading into my divorce. Like most of you reading this, we only have one shot at getting the outcome we hope.
My son was only 6 months old when my divorce began. On my side finances were limited and on my ex wife's side money (family) money

I've been made aware of a case you were involved in a few years back where you blatantly disregarded proof of fabricated stories and had a hand in removing parental rights and visitation for a father. If you are looking for someone to work in the best interest of a specific person and NOT in the best interest of children who cannot protect themselves-hire this attorney. Take my advice, I would not. I hope the actual parties involved have you disbarred.

If you want someone who does not care about you or your end result Merlin is the way to go ! ! ! Read the paperwork really well because he won't and he definitely will not care how you get screwed because of it. He is the definition of every bad lawyer joke.

Merlyn Meinerts was the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He was patient and helpful to me as I worked through the emotional part of the divorce.
