After a home stucco inspection, it was recommended that I get some preventative work done to the front of my house. I received several quotes. Only after talking with Steven did I feel confident that someone knew what they were talking about and that the job would get done right. I want to reinforce that, as many people were good at "selling", but were leaving out key areas of the home that needed kick-out flashing, gutters, etc. With stucco, this is not something you want to mess around with.

Steve and his crew did an amazing job with my house. Steve answered all my questions and explained the project details thoroughly .Everything went as promised. His crew is hard working and respectful. They made sure when they left every day, the site was cleaned. Their workmanship was first rate . I can't say enough good things about Merman Construction! I highly recommend them for any project you might be considering.
