Simply Social has spoken to my Social Media Strategies classes for several different semesters. Their insight into locating and directing influencers is phenomenal. In addition, the various influencer interaction ideas they have created for clients have been motivating for my students. I have done influencer gigs with Simply Social Media since 2016. I like that they have exacting and high standards and are clear what is expected of us. They have implemented trainings too, which have been a godsend for this not-quite-a-luddite influencer. I especially love that they make me feel like "one of the gals" even though I am an authority influencer (my influence is based on my professional life) and many of the people they work with are the more expected "beautiful people." I feel like I , and my efforts, are valued and appreciated. I hope they offer more trainings!

I would never ever work with this company. Caitlin Jenkins, one of their founders is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. She was hired to photograph my wedding that had to be canceled due to Covid-19. She not only refused to return the deposit (even though she didn't do a drop of work) she wouldn't even reply to emails. There was a 3-4 week delay in responding to any inquiry. We will have to file in small claims court since she legally has no ground to keep the deposit.

I have worked with Amy & Caitlin on numerous occasions and on multiple client projects and they are both best in class in online marketing, influencer marketing, and in social media. It's not just their skill level that sets them apart, it's also that they leverage their entire network to get the best experience for their clients. They don't repeat best practices like a cookie cutter, they blaze new trails for each client and I respect them both as leaders in the social media and digital marketing industry.
