Since 2001, McRae Funeral Home, LLC has served families grieving the death of those close and dear to them. We consider our client families' care to be a sacred trust and insist that the dignity of the human remains be kept at all times. It is our desire to help people through the most trying times of their lives.
If we can ease the pain and make this experience just a little more bearable, we feel that we have done our jobs well. We derive great satisfaction from trying to do our job better than anyone else. We want to be the very best we can. For more than 25 years I have been providing families with dedicated service when they needed it most.

I came in to discuss pre-paid services for both my wife and I. We met with the owner Tim McRae who seemed to be uncomfortable with meeting with us to the point that I asked him, “why are you so short and jumpy with us, we don’t bite.”
He responded, I normally don’t deal with “your kind.”
We got up from the meeting and said. “Go to Hell!”

Tim and his “team” do a good job in terms of running a funeral home. As a former city council member who served with Tim, I can say that the problem with Mcrea Funeral Home is that their owner has no problem partnering with the cowards & crooks to undermine and manipulate the citizens of Boaz who desire a more progressive city. Tim has hurt so many people.
