Services
We provide services to homebound patients with a wide range of diagnosis. Pursuant to Title VI, of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1975, Luxor Care Home Health Services does not refuse services to or employment to or in any other way or discriminate against any person on the basis of sex, age, sexual orientation, mental or physical handicap, race, color, religion and ancestry or origin.
Skilled nursing services are covered when they're given on a part-time or intermittent basis. In order for skilled nursing care to be covered by the Medicare home health benefit, your care must be necessary and ordered by your doctor for your specific condition. You must not need full time nursing care and you must be homebound.
Handwashing is easy to do and it's one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of many types of infection and illness in all settings-from yourhome and workplace to child care facilities and hospitals. Clean hands can stop germs from spreading from one person to another and throughout an entire community.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After my mother illness the rehabilitation hospital recommended Luxor Home Health to us for help with getting the supplies we needed at her home so when she was released the transition to home would be a easy as possible. Part of the blame of our situation also goes to the rehab hospital because there was NO follow up at all.
So we discussed a hospital bed, a wheelchair, and a few other small items that were necessary. We were told it would be a day or two. Great. Well what a nightmare after multiple calls and many many many excuses from both ends 30 days after
