Despite promising to send a proposal for services by 5/7/2021, our association has heard nothing from SBS. Not the promised proposal by email, not the promised proposal by mail, not even a phone call. At this point my vote would be to not use SBS as a management company for our association. Negative contact with a potential new client does not inspire confidence.

Since engaging in an email standoff with you is an absolute waste of my time, and the ensuing unpleasantness that radiates from every interaction I have had with you, I simply waited for the next month and continued to apply your payments as was previously explained
