The plumber, Rudy, improperly diagnosed an issue with a leaking pipe; incorrectly cleaned my water heater (which then caused me to pay $100 to fix his work); said he was too large to fix a leak in a pipe that I had requested; and conversed about his family issues far longer than he did work. When the problems were brought up to Snappy, they said they would send someone out at a time that works best for us. When given that time, they replied that they weren't available for several weeks after the time that worked best for us. I'm understanding the two star review on Yelp now

My second day service was needed because the service techs the first day could not install my osmosis faucet. The second day they sent Richard. He is outstanding and installed the faucet the first day tech could not. I think he is a jewel and the owners of this business should be very proud to have someone of his quality representing them.

Richard was very professional and went the extra mile in servicing our issue. He could have very easily stopped at ensuring there was no leak but instead he removed the water from our carpet and left us a fan to completely dry the pad underneath the carpet so that mold would not set it.

I have used Snappy Services as a sub-contractor for about 8 months.
They have been quick to respond to jobs and usually work is performed well, which helps justify their higher prices. The problem is when the job does not go well, there is little accountability and a poor attitude toward the customer. They argue rather than solve the issue. I am a professional in the field with 18 years experience.

The technician sent to my home was pleasant but after assessing the issue told me he didn't have crimpers in his truck so he couldn't fix the problem that day. I was told the necessary fix would be sent to the warranty company and I would be notified by Snappy when they received a reply. No call 5 days later. I called the tech and he informed me that he had been fired so he could not help me. This is the worst service I have ever had! First they didnt fix the problem and it returned only to cave in my kitchen and dining room ceiling. Then they didnt dry all my areas that were soaked. They left everything on the utility room floor that came up with the rotor rooter. Then a week or so later they finally send a drywall person out. If I could say how I feel about it this would get an R rated and be removed, its horrible! Then they left my kitchen a total disaster on top of the cluster they created on my ceiling. They didnt remove the wet drywall, just covered it so it will mold later. They

Final update 4/25/19:
After my husband spoke to the owner on Easter Sunday, a different team of plumbers came this week and fixed the two separate shower parts that were improperly installed by the first two teams sent. They said they were installed backwards. They were professional and prompt and the issues are resolved.

Due to no one showing up on to one of the scheduled days, the owner calling me a liar on Facebook (I wrote a review there too) and it taking 3 visits to have the showers fixed due to them improperly installing the parts in the first place, I would still not recommend this company

AWFUL SERVICE!!!!! A woman contacted me on a Sunday about a man coming out to look at our water heater on Monday, I gave her the garage code to my home to give to him, which she didn't. When the man called me Monday afternoon telling me he was on his way I had to give him the code again. He then calls me around 4:30pm letting me know that he thinks we "might" need a new water heater but he would need to look at the faucets inside the home and he would follow up about what he finds out, and asked for permission to enter, fine.
