I had an issue with a gas flow control valve in the furnace. It had a loose connection which worked intermittently and if unplugged and reconnected would start working again. The first tech came and installed a differential pressure switch (not needed) and after a few days the issue happened again. On the second call a different tech came and diagnosed the issue with the gas flow control valve and connection issue. No part was changed. After a few days the part quit again and I ordered a new part. They refused to come install it unless they charged me the full price of buying another new valve

Mr. Dave from the Braselton office was customer service oriented. He wore a mask and wore the foot covers. Our client had problems with workers coming in and out of her home that didn't wear shoe coverings and a mask. I explained the situation to Mr. Dave and he understood. He fixed the problems with the thermostat without any problems. I appreciate the dispatchers as well. They were able to fit the client in without any problems! Overall service was FIVE STARS. Thank you

Jacob and TJ replaced our old heat pump and air handler. Arrived on time and went right to work. Took care to put down pads to protect carpet and hardwoods. Both were very courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after completing the install. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing new system
