Worst experience ever. I went to Dr Dele because my insurance was accepted there. In the two years I was going there 2017-2019 I had several bad experiences. Dr Dele put two crowns on my teeth ... I had a temporary in for over 5 weeks because they forgot to order the crown. I had mouth pain for weeks. They messed up their submission to the insurance so I ended up paying for the crowns which should have been covered . Even the insurance said they needed to submit a letter. After several calls over 6 months it was never sent. Last year I had to have the crowns done over again by another very

I really like this office, staff and Dr. Dele. The office is updated and clean. The staff are always kind and patient. Brenda was great at explaining cost and procedures. Dr Dele is a fantastic dentist. He approaches everything with education and explanation. He wants to make sure the patient understands why he's recommending something... not just what he's recommending. He's not pushy and doesn't make you feel forced into making decisions then and there. I recommend this office for anyone who wants a good, trustworthy dentist looking out for YOUR best interests.

I highly recommend this office to everyone. From the moment I arrived the ladies in the front desk were welcoming and super friendly as well as the assistants who were also very friendly and warm. Dr. Dele was amazing, he explained everything to me in terms I could understand and was kind and understanding to my fear of dentists. Thanks to Dr. Dele and his staff for exceptional service when I was in need. I was traveling, and would not be home until January 3. Terrible toothache developed and by Dec 23 I needed help, fast. I called that morning and they squeezed me in that morning. Everyone was so attentive and made me feel welcome. While we could not fix the problem, it was determined that I likely had an infection. A prescription for an antibiotic and lots of ibuprofen got me over the hump, allowing me to enjoy the holidays with family.

UPDATE: I made a second appointment to get a complete dental exam. They took me in at the appointment time. Once again, I found everyone friendly from the front desk receptionist to the business manager to Dr. Dele. They assessed my dental issues and came up with a common sense and affordable option for me.
I was lucky enough to find this place open on a Saturday. 99 percent of dental offices in the Annapolis area are unfortunately closed on the weekend.

My son attends college in Annapolis he called me in a lot of pain needing to see a dentist. I called Annapolis Dental Center at 6:30pm that evening the person answering the phone couldn’t have been nicer. They scheduled an appointment for the next day at a time that didn’t conflict with my sons classes. My son reported the dentist and everyone in the office were awesome! Needless to say he will be back for check ups etc for the next four years.

Don't think the other reviews are accurate. My experience has been that this Dental Center is not honest. They charged me $150 for a $99 cleaning for my son. I had requested a price before our 2nd appointment, because my husband was bringing him instead of me. Never got a call. When I inquired the next day why with a newly purchase dental discount plan (that they had suggested, I might add) the cost was so high, I was told by the receptionist that the extra $51 was for an examination fee. I often don't see the need to write reviews, but... my recent visit to Annapolis Dental Center was an exceptional experience. First, the practice obviously new and the ambience was fantastic. The receptionist and staff were very friendly and professional, but most importantly was my experience with Dr. Kennedy. You can tell, he's got attention to… details and took his time during the treatment, and he engaged me all the way through. I recently visited this dental clinic and saw Dr. Kennedy. The office staff were amazing. They were friendly and got my appointment in on time. New to neighborhood. My daughter and I saw Dr. Dele for the first time last week. A friend's referral. And for a dental visit our experience was surprisingly very pleasant. He was very gentle in his approach, detailed in explaining the procedure and what I should expect afterwards. Even made my little girl laugh before and after her procedure. I've definitely found a dentist for life.
