The insurance company asked for something's to be done around the house. We did them, sent pictures to Pacific Rim and was told they would let us know if anything else was needed. Figured all was okay because we never heard anything. Got a notice from my mortgage company asking about coverage. I called Caleb at Pacific Rim and yes, our coverage was canceled on 7/12. He even said I should have known that because of the letter from insurance. WHAT??? I did what I was asked, your office told me they would contact me if needed. I would say actually having your coverage canceled would be a reason

Carmen is the most unprofessional agent I have EVER dealt with. On my last visit to try and sort thing out on my policies, she slammed down her phone (we had been on hold with the carrier), abruptly stood up and YELLED at me while I calmly sat in the chair opposite her desk. Her anger escalated when I brought to her attention that she was incorrect… in her statement and that she is the one that put my policies in a jumbled mess. Carmen became so angered she was shaking as she yelled at me in her office and then apologized that she was having personal issues that was making her aggravated
