From the moment I sat down with Mr. Hartley I knew he was the attorney I was going to hire. Very knowledgeable and did not disappoint. Example: Somebody handling my case in a certain department totally dropped the ball and it put me at risk. I personally know several attorneys in a professional work environment, as I've worked with many of them. Tim helped me in such a professional and expeditious manner, he went way above and beyond, and I never had to call him to check the status of the case, as he would always reach out to me. I've never met an attorney with the manner in which he handles cases and treats his clientele. Tim is an extremely hard worker, and there is no doubt he is an expert in all he does. Do not hire this crooked lawyer. I paid him $3500 and he removed himself from my case when I didn't agree with his approach. He never refunded any portion of his fee. He never reviewed the evidence in my case. He lied to me and told me he had. He sent me pictures of bottles of wine mistakenly evidently. The guy is a liar and a thief. He is the reason people hate lawyers. Do not hire this guy.
