Melissa does a great job! She does better work than any other shop we have used in the 14 years my business has needed embroidery services. We did a lot of business with her in 2019 and 2020 and she always exceeded expectations. If I really needed something quick, she usually made it happen for me. The price is reasonable, competitive and fair. I have no plans to use anyone else for my business or personal needs.

BUYER BEWARE: Handkerchiefs for sons wedding were not done in the time promised, she had them for over 5 days. Totally forgotten, even though discussed and agreed upon a specific day. When picked up, threads looped in the monogram, backing messy- not quality work Disregard for customer gift. *I am a former Home Ec teacher of 15 years- FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Boy, after all the hype asking around for reliable, quick, quality service at my school, I am BEYOND DISAPPOINTED in Melissa and her service! I brought in 10 small handkerchiefs, asked for them to monogrammed for my son's wedding-I told her they are special and for the wedding. When I arrived to pick up on the day she suggested, plenty of time, they were not done. Promised the next day but the work looked rushed, threads uncut, backing remaining on. VERY MESSY!!!! Will post picture later

Do not come here expecting good customer service or for them to be able to match embroidery. They were unable to match the style, size and spacing of embroidery I had done previously at another shop. Apparently the way the other shop did it "is not the way embroidery is done". While I am sure they have won trophies for technically correct embroidery, in this case the correct way to do it would be the way the customer wants or else let the customer know they can't match it. To make matters worse, they never even offered a refund and just walked into the back when they were done talking to me.

I ordered a cell phone wallet on 05/20/19 after calling them many times and waiting I decided to leave a review on 06/14/19. I feel like they did not care about my business and they did not have enough respect to even call and explain why the delay in what I had ordered. By the way I was promised the item I had ordered to be done 5/24/19. I am very disappointed about their customer service and lack of communication. I had to find an alternative present for the person I had ordered for. Don't do business with these people unless you want to wait for months on an item.

Melissa is such a sweetheart. She is very personable and makes you feel like family as soon as you walk in. Her products have a great range and her prices are very competitive. I bought stockings at an after Christmas sale and decided I wanted them embroidered with our names. I found Little Notions on Yelp and even though they were a bit out of my way I gave it a shot. I LOVE them, they look great and the owner is super nice. There were no loose threads, the color was an exact match and i couldn't be happier!
